Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We request customers to carefully review their cart details, shipping address, and contact information before completing the purchase.
Orders cannot be modified, changed, or edited after confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once they have been dispatched from our facility. This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality integrity.
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for reasons such as:
